After High School in Hawaii I left for Southern California where I found myself working as a Mortgage Broker. It was during this time that I happened upon the series of events that brought me to where I am now. Of course, I can see clearly now that my whole life had been leading me to where I am now but this time in particular made it clear to me that I was destined for great things.

Having grown up in Hawaii, I was no stranger to beauty and the power of nature but the ability to live in tune with the laws of nature have often times eluded me. One such time was when my then partner and career dissolved, leaving me wondering how I got so caught up in life that I forgot how to enjoy it.

So, I did the only reasonable thing I could think to do: collect my savings, pack my bags and go on that trip I always wanted to take. I invited my mother to join me on what I now consider to be my defining voyage.

Mom and I trekked through South East Asia for nearly four months together. We took part in a ten day mediation retreat, jungle treks and some very magical moments… too many to count and I met an angel who would later become my wife. During that voyage my entire world was re aligned, I was re-introduced to Yoga, I finally met my mother who, to my surprise, I never really knew and I even got to know myself.

Meeting my wife was one of the most amazing cases of serendipity I have ever experienced; we even met on Serendipity beach in Sihanoukville, Cambodia… really! I knew it was real when, for no reason other than pure faith, I decided to stay with her in Cambodia while she finished her contract. The next three years were spent studying Yoga and Massage, organizing Yoga worshops and massage trainings throughout Asia and Europe.

The amazing encounters and adventures that have ensued since have shown me very clearly that we live in a magical world where the possibilities are endless and inspiration is around every corner. I have come to realize that this is my gift to the world, to live this truth and encourage others to find their own truth.

The work that Ankea and I do is built around helping people discover their gifts and giving them the tools necessary to share them with the world. We believe that when you are pursuing your dreams with pure intent, the whole world benefits.
